Very lucky, being invited to design the facade and the entrance lobby of a residential building in Macau. The client preferred classical touch that will attract the majority in the market. In this project we learn how considerate is the Macau government. By law, the area of the bedroom must be minimum 9 square meter. Compare to the situation in Hong Kong, people is dying for such generous space. All the tricky skills the developer learnt in years cut down the usable area from the buyers.
