A new client called and asked me to do an interior design proposal of a jewelry shop in Shenzhen. Referred by my schoolmate, so I agreed to do some sketches to show his clients even the contract not yet settled.
The jewelry shop was not open to public, was operated like an office, for the buyers to choose the jewelry collection by appointment only. The area was about 5000 square feet and was a long rectangle shape. Therefore, I decided to create a linear light box running from the top to the floor and leading the visitor through out the spaces.
